Denver's First Micro-Apartment Community
The Nichols Group, a Colorado-based architecture and development firm, commissioned us to develop a brand and identity for the first ever micro-apartment community in Denver. The project was deemed, Turntable Studios by the Nichols Group because of the existing buildings similarity to the Capitol Records building in Los Angeles. We created the identity, positioning lines and color palette that was used as a foundation for the look and feel of the printed collateral, exterior signage, exterior color tints and interior decoration.
