When we were commissioned by the Lincoln, Nebraska-based real estate company, Pinnacle Realty Group, we saw an opportunity to do something a little different for a market often underserved by contemporary graphic design. We broke out of the often drab color palettes associated with the industry and went fluorescent. This aggressive approach was backed by clean geometry and considered typography. The result has so far been a new brand that is refreshingly eye-catching when seen propped up on an average Joe’s lawn.
