Video Content with an Edge
Our dear friend James Joliat has been teaming up with CTT to produce branded video and animation content for his studio Zero Sun Pictures for several years.
James was excited about the branding projects my studio has been putting out and asked if we’d consider refreshing his identity. Of course we jumped at the opportunity. James wanted something edgey with a twist of punk and heavy metal punctuated by bright bursts of color and energy. After an examination of iconography, we settled on using the camera shutter as a focal point to break the name ‘ZEROSUN’ in halve as the ‘O’ rests perfectly within the center just as the lens rests within the center of the camera. It was a perfect tie in for his identity and has breathed new life into his image and studio.
